Company History

Westcountry Waterbeds was set up at the Trago Mills Shopping Centre, Newton Abbot in 1987. In 2006 we moved to Waterbeer St.(Guildhall Shopping Centre) in Exeter.

We are waterbed specialists. As a family business we all sleep on waterbeds. Our youngest son started on a water cot as a baby. He is now eighteen.

Sleep is so important to our health and well being. We are dedicated to providing the very best sleeping experience for our customers.

We believe that a modern, stabilised and temperature controlled divan waterbed offers far superior comfort, support and hygiene, compared to the best of conventional sprung and foam beds. We work closely with local therapists to combine the therapeutic benefits of our beds with their treatment. We have helped improve, often dramatically, the sleep of thousands of people, who have struggled for years to enjoy a good nights sleep.

We offer a full range of the very best in modern waterbed divans, frame beds, accessories and bedding including junior beds, water cots and water pillows.

We are stockists for Akva waterbeds and also stock replacement mattresses and covers for British Waterbed Co. & Aquastar divan beds, as well as all hard-sided waterbeds.

We deliver, install and warranty our beds anywhere in the southwest including Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Hampshire.

All our beds come with a complementary kit containing all the accessories to keep your bed clean and maintained as well as the five year mattress and heater warranty.

We offer a full dismantling, set-up and moving service within the southwest.
