What is a waterbed?
Welcome to Westcountry Waterbeds
This site is designed to give you an introduction to waterbeds and a healthier way of sleeping. We are a family business specialising in waterbeds since 1987, delivering & installing beds in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Bristol and Gloucestershire. If you are outside the West of England we can deliver anything from conditioner to complete beds throughout the UK and the Continent.
Your quality of life, in many ways, is related to your quality of sleep. Your quality of sleep, to the bed you sleep on. You spend a third of your life in bed, so choose carefully and investigate all the options. We have included loads of information about the beds, the benefits, testimonials etc and access to Akva's site. If it's information overload, don't worry we know what we're doing!

We are main stockists for Akva waterbeds in the southwest. We believe them to be the best beds you can buy in the UK.
We stock replacement mattresses, heaters, zip off covers conditioner etc. for most makes of waterbeds along with the Akva range of waterbeds and accessories. If you need anything done to your waterbed including moving and servicing, give us a call.
We are all about quality of sleep. Sleep is vital for good health. We have never sold sprung or foam beds, they offer so few benefits and a poor quality of sleep compared to our beds. We are here to get people off their cold, dirty, uncomfortable beds and provide them with the best sleeping environment possible. In our opinion that environment is a modern, lightweight, stabilised divan waterbed.
